The Short Version

Runeweave does not collect personal information. We don't require accounts, logins, or registration. The only data we gather is analytics to understand how the site is used.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregate usage data such as:

• Pages visited and time on site
• Referring website or source
• Browser type, device type, and screen resolution
• Approximate location (country/city level, derived from IP address)

IP addresses are anonymized before storage. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. See Google's Privacy Policy for more details.

You can opt out of analytics tracking at any time using the "Manage Cookies" link in the site footer.

Discord & Slack Bots

The Runeweave bots for Discord and Slack read message content solely to detect card lookup requests (text inside [[double brackets]]). Messages are processed in real time and are never stored, logged, or transmitted to any third party.

For Slack OAuth installations, we store the minimum data required to operate the bot: workspace ID, workspace name, bot credentials, and the ID of the user who installed the app. This data is used only to deliver bot responses and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.

The bots do not collect analytics, set cookies, or track user behavior.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics for usage tracking. We don't use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or personalization.

Third-Party Services

Price data comes from TCGplayer via tcgcsv.com. This service has its own privacy policy.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since Runeweave does not collect personal data or require accounts, there is no personal data to access or delete. You may decline analytics cookies via the consent banner, which prevents any data collection by Google Analytics.

Children's Privacy

Runeweave is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
